The journal was published for the first time in 1989 and granted with the number of ISSN 1017-7116 in 1997. As the change in the Korean title (not the name in English) in 2008, the ISSN (Print) changed to 1976-8192 and the ISSN (Online) 2288- 2227 was granted in 2013, and you can access full-text freely from http://www.kscoe.or.kr/bbs/board.php?bo_table=sub3_1_g or www.jkscoe.or.kr without log-in. Subscription should be ordered to the Korean Society of Coastal and Ocean Engineers.
